I'm having an issue with purchase / subscription. What should I do?

First, please check your purchase history in the App Store or Play Store. If the payment went through but the app does not recognize it, send me an email with a screenshot of the receipt and the Apple / Google account you used.

The app crashes or does not open. How can I fix this?

Try restarting your device and opening the app again. If the problem continues, please send a short description of what you were doing, your device model, OS version, and—if possible—a screenshot or screen recording showing the issue.

Can I request a new feature or improvement?

Absolutely. User feedback directly shapes the roadmap for each app. Feel free to describe your use case and what you'd love to see—small ideas are very welcome as well.
