1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use our app:
- Photos you voluntarily upload for AI photo generation (which may contain face data)
- AI-generated images created from your uploaded photos
- Basic device information (such as device model and app version)
- Purchase information processed by Apple In-App Purchases
2. Explicit User Consent
Before any photo is transmitted to our AI processing provider, the app displays a clear notice explaining what data will be sent and to whom. Photos are transmitted only after you explicitly tap 'Agree & Continue'. If you do not consent, no data is uploaded or processed.
3. How We Use Uploaded Photos
Uploaded photos are used solely to generate AI-based profile photos requested by the user. We do not perform facial recognition, biometric scanning, identity verification, or extraction of facial templates, vectors, or identifiers. Photos are processed strictly as standard image files.
4. Third-Party AI Processing
To generate AI photos, uploaded photos are securely transmitted to our AI service provider:
- Fal.ai – AI inference and image generation provider
5. What Data Is Shared
The following data is shared with Fal.ai strictly for image generation:
- Uploaded photo file
- User-selected generation preferences (such as style settings)
6. Purpose of Data Sharing
Photos are shared with Fal.ai exclusively to generate the AI photo requested by the user. Photos are not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
Uploaded photos and generated images are stored temporarily for processing and delivery purposes only. All photos are automatically deleted within 24 hours after processing. Users may request immediate deletion at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
8. AI Model Training Policy
User photos are NOT used to train AI models. Fal.ai processes images solely for generating the requested output and does not retain photos beyond the processing window.
9. Other Third-Party Services
We also use:
- RevenueCat – Subscription management
- Apple – In-App Purchases processing
- Supabase – User account, credits and Pro status
- Analytics and crash reporting providers (non-photo data only)
10. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information or photos from children under 13.
