We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our app for personal purposes. You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the application
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to bypass any security features or access restrictions
• Resell or redistribute generated photos as a commercial service
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service

3. User Content and Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transform your images solely for the purpose of generating profile photos. The AI-generated photos created from your photos are yours to use as you wish. However, you may not claim that the AI-generated results were created by a human photographer.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to upload or create:

• Photos of minors without parental consent
• Images containing nudity, violence, or offensive content
• Photos that violate intellectual property rights of others
• Images of other individuals without their permission
• Content that impersonates others fraudulently
• Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Credits and Purchases

Some features require purchasing credits or a Pro subscription through in-app purchases. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective refund policies.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Photos are generated using artificial intelligence and may not always produce perfect results. While we strive for high quality, we cannot guarantee that every generated image will meet your expectations. Results may vary based on the quality and characteristics of your uploaded photo.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, features, technology, and branding, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our AI models, algorithms, and proprietary technology remain our exclusive property.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the app immediately ceases.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
