Terms of Service

2. Use License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our app for your personal use. You may not:

• Modify or copy the app's materials or source code
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the app
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Use automated systems to access the app or manipulate leaderboard rankings

3. User Content

You retain all rights to tasks, Pomodoro sessions, and productivity data you create in our service. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our Pomodoro timer and task planning services, including leaderboard features.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content in task descriptions or group names
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Manipulate or falsify Pomodoro session data or leaderboard rankings
• Use the service for any fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

5. Subscription and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription (Pro Plan). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to the App Store and Google Play policies. You can manage your subscription through your device's app store settings.

6. Free Plan Limitations

The free plan includes limited features:

• Maximum 3 tasks per day
• Maximum 3 Pomodoro sessions per day
• Maximum 13 Pomodoro sessions per week
• Can only join 1 group (default group)
• Cannot create groups
• Limited access to advanced statistics
• 1 export/share per week
• All past data remains viewable

7. Pro Plan Features

The Pro plan unlocks:

• Unlimited tasks per day
• Unlimited Pomodoro sessions per day and week
• Unlimited group creation and joining
• Full access to advanced statistics and analytics
• Unlimited exports and sharing
• All premium features and future updates

8. Leaderboard and Groups

Leaderboard rankings are based on Pomodoro session data. Users must not manipulate or falsify session data. Group administrators have the right to manage their groups. We reserve the right to remove users or groups that violate our terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and Pomodoro timer accuracy may vary based on device performance.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
