2. Use License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our app for your personal use. You may not:

• Modify or copy the app's materials or source code
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the app
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Use automated systems to access the app
• Upload inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content

3. User Content

You retain all rights to photos you upload and portraits generated from your photos. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our AI portrait generation services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photos you upload.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Upload harmful, offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the service for any fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service to create deepfakes or misleading content

5. Subscription and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription (Weekly, Monthly, or Monthly Pro plans). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Each plan includes different credit amounts for generating portraits. Refunds are handled according to the App Store and Google Play policies. You can manage your subscription through your device's app store settings.

6. Free Plan Limitations

The free plan includes limited features:

• Limited credits for portrait generation
• Watermarked outputs (if applicable)
• Standard resolution images
• Limited access to premium styles

7. Pro Plan Features

Pro plans unlock:

• Weekly Plan: 12 credits per week
• Monthly Plan: 50 credits per month
• Monthly Pro Plan: 100 credits per month
• HD quality outputs
• Access to all styles and features
• Priority processing
• No watermarks

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The AI portrait generation service depends on third-party providers and may experience downtime. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

The SelfieX app, including its design, features, and AI technology, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Generated portraits created from your photos are your property, but the underlying technology and app features remain our intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated portraits for any particular purpose.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
