By accessing and using TimeCycle application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Use License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our app for your personal use. You may not:
- Modify or copy the app's materials or source code
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose without permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the app
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
- Use automated systems to access the app
3. User Content
You retain all rights to tasks, todos, and time tracking data you create in our service. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our productivity tracking services.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Violate any intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use the service for any fraudulent purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
5. Subscription and Payment
Some features require a paid subscription (Pro Plan). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to the App Store and Google Play policies. You can manage your subscription through your device's app store settings.
6. Free Plan Limitations
The free plan includes limited features:
- Maximum 1 task per day
- Maximum 2 todos per day
- Limited access to analytics features
- All past data remains viewable
7. Pro Plan Features
The Pro plan unlocks:
- Unlimited tasks per day
- Unlimited todos per day
- Full access to advanced analytics
- All premium features and updates
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
