2. Explicit User Consent

Before any photo is transmitted for AI processing, the app displays a clear disclosure explaining what data will be sent, which providers will process it, and for what purpose. Photos are transmitted only after the user explicitly agrees. Users may decline processing by not uploading a photo.

3. What Face Data Is Transmitted

When you upload a photo, the image file is encoded (base64 format) and securely transmitted to our AI processing providers for analysis. The transmitted data consists of the full uploaded image. We do not extract biometric identifiers, do not create facial templates, and do not perform facial recognition, identification, or verification.

4. AI Processing Providers

To provide AI-powered analysis and try-on features, uploaded images may be transmitted to:

• OpenAI – for AI-based facial analysis and structured result generation
• FAL.ai – for image processing and try-on generation

5. Purpose of Processing

Uploaded photos are used exclusively to: (1) Analyze visible facial characteristics, (2) Generate personalized improvement recommendations, (3) Create hairstyle or outfit try-on previews upon user request. Photos are not used for identity verification, biometric identification, surveillance, or advertising.

6. AI Model Training

Uploaded photos and analysis data are NOT used to train AI models without explicit user consent. We do not sell, license, or otherwise commercialize user images. Our AI providers are contractually restricted from using submitted data for independent purposes.

7. Cloud Infrastructure

We use Supabase for secure infrastructure and temporary data storage. Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat. Analytics and crash reporting tools may collect anonymized technical data but do not receive uploaded photos.

8. Data Retention

Uploaded face photos and generated results are retained temporarily for processing purposes and are automatically deleted within 24 hours. Users may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting beratberkaygokdemir@gmail.com.

9. Data Security

All transmissions use industry-standard encryption in transit. Temporary storage is protected using secure infrastructure and restricted access controls. We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect user data.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to your uploaded photos and generated results
• Request deletion at any time
• Withdraw consent for AI processing
• Request information about data processing practices
• Cancel subscriptions via Apple App Store settings

11. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for users under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect face photos or personal information from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.
